§ 1

The owner and administrator of the hotel is Mr. Wojciech Skrabowski, who runs a business under the name Hotel Giżycko, Plac Grunwaldzki 11, 11-500 Giżycko, NIP: 8451189179, e-mail address: hotel@hotel-gizycko.pl is the Hotel Reception.
The hotel regulations constitute the rules of renting rooms and using the hotel infrastructure.
The hotel provides accommodation services in line with the business profile.
Description of rooms, price list of provided accommodation services and description of the scope of individual services can be found on the official website of the hotel http://www.hotel-gizycko.pl and at the hotel reception.
The Regulations are an integral part of the contract, the conclusion of which takes place by making a reservation, payment of the deposit or the entire amount due for the stay at the Hotel.
By performing the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel Reception.

§ 2

The billing unit for the provision of accommodation services is the hotel day. The hotel day starts at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. For a fee, the hotel may accelerate or extend the hotel day – subject to room availability. Final confirmation is made by the receptionist at the Guest’s request one day before arrival (speeding up the day) or on the day of departure (extension of the day).
The request to extend for another hotel day should be reported by the Guest at the reception desk by 9:00 on the day of the planned check-out. Reception confirms the possibility subject to room availability. In the case of guests who do not comply with these regulations, the reception may refuse to extend the stay.
If it is necessary to shorten the stay, the Guest should report to the reception desk by 10:00, otherwise the next hotel day is considered to have started.

The prices shown in the price list include VAT
The price for a hotel stay depends on the length of stay, the selected meal option, standard and received discounts;
The prices shown in the price list do not include the local tax.
The guest cannot transfer the room to third parties who are not registered at the hotel, even if the period of renting the room has not expired.
Persons not checked-in at the hotel may stay in the hotel room as guests of persons checked-in at the hotel between 11.00 and 22.00 after informing the reception.
There is curfew in the hotel from 22:00 to 7:00 am. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule after warning the customer twice. In this case, there is no refund for renting a room.
The guest is obliged to leave the room made available to him and the shared equipment in a non-deteriorated condition.
The guest is financially responsible for damage, destruction caused by his behavior or the behavior of his guests or a breach of security by unjustified activation of the fire protection system – the material value is determined by the hotel management. The fee for losing the card is PLN 50.
Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, electric irons and other similar devices in the rooms that do not constitute hotel room equipment.
Due to the fire protection requirements, smoking and other substances are strictly forbidden in the entire hotel (subject to a financial penalty of PLN 2,000 each time) and the payment of the fee for the next night after the last one needed to ventilate the room. Smoking tobacco and tobacco products is allowed only and exclusively in designated places.

§ 3

The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, please notify the reception immediately.
At the guest’s request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge: provides a travel cot, provides an iron and ironing board, enables the storage of money and valuables during the guest’s stay in the safe at the reception, storage of luggage of guests checked in at the hotel.
The hotel staff will clean or replace towels in the room at your request, expressed in the form of a sign on the outside of the room door or reported at the Reception.
Items left in the rooms by departing Guests, at the request of the Guests, will be sent at the recipient’s expense to the address indicated. The cost of returning the items is only estimated – the final cost is determined by the company providing the service. In the absence of such an instruction, the hotel will store the items for a period of 1 month. After this time, the items left behind will be donated to charity or utilized.
The guest is obliged to notify the hotel reception about the damage immediately after it is discovered. Replies
